Obviously, your favourite dog magazine was ahead of the Federation, but good on them.
You can always introduce them as the parent of their dog's name, which you obviously remember.
Word of the day is a favourite, from old Scots.

These pilots are incredible and do it just for the love of animals. What a tragedy.
