Also, IMO calling those views "fascist" is a gross misuse of the term and helps to further water it down.

Workplace harassment is one thing, and the guilty party should face consequences, but people are entitled to their opinions and some other people simply being uncomfortable with their views shouldn't be a reason to fire them. Points to Swen for being reasonable.
