My username was always intended as a prototype but it stuck, the roman numerals are very wrong but people read it as "Vixee" and I thought that was kinda cool. So it stuck around.

He needs to try a proper butcher made steak pie. Most restaurants just heat them up from frozen. Plus you should have went "Brother euggggghhhh" when he said 'British restaurant' and kindly reminded him, we're in Scotland, we don't say that here.

Learn from us Scots, best thing we've found for it is high calorie deep fried food first thing in the morning with some Irn Bru on the side ahahhahaha

As a former chef, as dumb as it sounds. Oil, do not allow boiling oil anywhere near water. You wouldn't believe how many people don't know that and just put a frying pan fresh from the cooker into their sinks. That and consider good knives an investment, dull knives lead to the most accidents.
