EEBO is mostly English with some Scots, but most of the hits I could get from searching it on www.english-corpora.org came from English texts. My own corpus is of religious texts, so maybe too specific for your purpose?

@matthewharrison.bsky.social The closest things to what you're looking for are the Helsinki Corpus of Older Scots (HCOS) and Early English Books Online (EEBO). HCOS is a smaller body of Older Scots texts, but I couldn't find any hits for 'micht cud' or similar terms
