We provided a safe space if he wanted to hide from others via a lil cat cave under a table. Told people to leave him if he didn't come out.
He is on permanent urinary + calm medicine but with training and prep. He is doing a lot better after we found and train to remove some of the stressors.

I recommend being alert on what could be causing the anxiety. My cat was scared of the door and trash bags.
We had to slowly train him that the door and trash bags are okay and not scary! Door can give you people who give pats and snacks. We stopped popping the bags and let him sniff them.
