The AFC North being led by the Steelers is a complete surprise, as well as the Bengals having a losing record. The AFC North is one of those divisions where you never know how good the teams will be.

The AFC South is a confusing division, it’s either super competitive with a 4 way race for #1 or it only has one stand-out team. This year it’s Houston, while the rest fall behind.

Moving over to the AFC, the AFC West is another great division. The Chiefs have been incredibly lucky, but the Broncos and Chargers are both scrappy teams that could give them some trouble in the coming years

NFC North is the best division in football right now, but the Lions are in trouble. The Vikings are primed to take their number one spot if they can’t get a solution on defense.

The NFC South is a bit of a dumpster fire. The Buccaneers are in first, but don’t look impressive, and the Falcons have looked worse. If the division winner didn’t get an automatic spot, the South should miss the playoffs

Starting with the NFC West - The Rams are currently in the lead, with the Seahawks in second place only due to a tie breaker. I don’t believe the Seahawks will be competitive if Geno Smith is out.
