Not pleased with my play in Wordle today. Anyway, Prometheus is the Knight of Wands in the Green Codex, which is not really his style. Also: where's his horse?

This answer was just a bolt from the blue. I have no explanation for it. Meanwhile, the lady on the Green Codex Four of Swords looks a little glum.

The Seven of Pentacles has a bad reputation, but this card from the Green Codex is rather charming.

What's funny about this is that I have one of these just down the street from me. I know the guy who made it and not even Arthur could pull this sword out. It is in there good.

Today's card from the Green Codex, the Ace of Swords. I very much like this card because pulling out the sword might lead to glory, but also tragedy, and maybe both.

The Green Codex Tarot is weird, but charming. However, I'm not really down with this: the Nine of Pentacles is associated with female independence, not marrying some tree-guy.

Moving on to a new deck, the curious Green Codex Tarot. Just by chance I picked the same card as yesterday, the 10 of Cups. Again, differing from the norm, it shows an alchemist making the Philosopher's Stone or some perfect elixir.

My last day on the Lubanko deck, featuring her Ten of Cups. This is a card of happy home life, but the artist chose to go full-on weird. Whatever brings you joy is good.

About as close to a Hole in One as it's possible to get. My usual opening word must be pretty obvious. And here's Emily Lubanko's Page of Pentacles, looking more spritely than is traditional.

Again from the Lubanko deck - the Queen of Pentacles, looking luscious. A question: do people prefer tarot cards to my usual inane comments about the current puzzle? For instance today, by accident, I discovered a proper name that Wordle accepts as a word.
