If the last few weeks have shown me anything, it's that our government should not have the power to issue death penalty sentences for any crime. They specifically target those who commit the worst crimes first to make death easier to contemplate for lesser crimes.

Gen X here: I remember all the jerks and bullies I encountered in school. Counting them and the people who did nothing to stand up to them, they had a strong majority over the people with empathy.

If anything, I believe most Democrats are relieved to see President Biden taking action that addresses the reality of the danger we're in as a republic. I, for one, would like to see more aggressive actions to protect the vulnerable in government from the incoming regime.

We need simple messages repeated frequently. Not just before the election, but now and forever. Marketing works.
