Last year when I was learning about sensory integration for school, my teacher mentioned that she does this and I thought it was brilliant. Tried it today & while it’s not as good as a weighted blanket (tho I’m sure the apron weight varies by dental office), it’s pretty close and did help a lot! 2/2
