yep the market is pretty much stalled and sellers are over that giddy feeling of they can get more than they are asking. California needs more affordable housing and it looks like they have finally figured out how to do more building.

Liked what you had to say. I just turned off my AI on my iPhone. It is sad to see what we remember change. Movie production and story telling has moved to other cities. I just watched 'Nickel Boys'. A great story and difficult to watch.
