I really need to get back to CW and trying to learn it better. I really just need to get on the skcc site and get some help from them on the air.... It's hard though when I can't hear the letters well yet.

If you learn better in a class, do that. However, I tell a lot of people studying for tech that just cramming for the test can be best... Then you start learning more by doing. Just know then and plan and your privileges, and you'll do fine.

Having the extra is nice because you just have to worry about where the band stops and starts. 😂

I was shocked about the qsl card thing. I was licensed back in 1993, but put it away until 3 years ago. I upgraded to general and made a bunch of HF contacts. I was surprised a few months later when I started get some cards. All within the US. People still like to collect them.
