what now?
Apple implements v2.4 of the spec, reading it gives me more ideas: www.gsma.com/solutions-an...

So the user interaction is probably request to enter MSISDN. If so, it means section 2.2.2 is totally botched by Apple. Still leaves more questions but getting closer.

The working logs from the new board are a lot more chatty and continue past this point since I believe the server responds with a token for it to use and includes all the RCS registration details you’d expect to see.

Officially, I don’t know what happened and Apple engineering declined to pursue it with it being successfully worked around with new logic board.

I can tell you I have nonworking and working logs, the nonworking logs stop after phone reaches out to Jibe to register with UserInteractionRequired.xml

Still seeing the issues apparently, so that's maybe not it. I pulled the above from, honestly just use Thunderbird or your provider's web client, MS is putting Outlook classic out to pasture and the new one sucks: support.microsoft.com/en-us/office...

There was such a group and they also feigned similar surprise when they were later targeted: en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Associa...

It's nice to see this actually has tools Twitter was missing for keeping the noise down. The granular approach is nice as well as making lists a first priority. On Twitter they seemed an afterthought that only power users knew about.
