When I was teaching it was really a problem with logistics. Another class starts in ten minutes. Sometimes I’d try to find somewhere else to put a student, but my ‘office’ was the department break room. So one student could sit on the floor and finish the test

This is a really good point. Unless you bring in the votes of those people you’re not going to have an opportunity to take power and govern.

Cautiously optimistic here. Long road to get back, or even close, to where we need to be. Still, optimism, hopeful.

Maybe run some candidates who agree with the people they want to represent instead of excluding those people
