Appellate opinions, which include any dissents, are always written, sometimes published. They are also sometimes delivered orally from the bench. A literal reading of the written opinion. No props, no skits, no Old Spice ads.

The intent is to punish us, for our crimes, the first 37 years ago, allowing that 8 month old into the country to begin with, then granting her permanent residency, and then allowing her to have children, US citizens they will go after next. It’s to punish us for our crimes of humanity.

Bottom line is that this argument will get traction at SCOTUS. Two votes are in the can. Kavanaugh and Gorsuch potentially as well.
