I think running quiets my mind and I think that’s why I enjoy it so much. A distraction definitely helps treadmill time go faster!

No music either. I listen to music when I run on the treadmill but not when I run outside.

I don’t mind it. I agree, it’s easier to focus on things on the treadmill. I was trying to maintain a low heart rate this week.
