A Maricopa County judge has set a hearing on Nov. 6 to consider Recorder Justin Heap's request for a court order blocking the Board of Supervisors from letting a 3rd party audit election systems. Judge is particularly concerned about claims the 3rd party isn't vetted.

The Maricopa County Clerk's Office even sent a letter to Cramer and his associates in 2019 warning them to stop or the clerk would contact law enforcement. But the Clerk's Office isn't saying whether they made good on that threat.

Austin Smith reportedly resigned from Turning Point Action last year after the signature fraud allegations became public. His Linkedin showed he started working there again this year but the page was deleted today shortly after I requested comment from a spox for Turning Point.
