Technically it’s built on vector stores, semantic embeddings, RAG architectures. Nerdy stuff, but this is the backbone of truly personalized AI.
But here’s the catch: once a bot knows you deeply, switching to a new one becomes costly.

Maybe it sounded as if I am complaining, no, I only was fascinated.
The revenue probably is so low at this small station, that a human is definitely not affordable. People are flocking like this only when a train is canceled & it is wet & cold outside.
Maybe 5 of 15 there bought a snack, in 1h 🤷🏽
