its not surprising, they start low for safety reasons. ask to go up at your next appointment.also the more than 100 idea for estrogen is right but estrogen levels fluctuate in cis n trans women so if it isnt over 100 when you get your blood drawn that doesn't necessarily mean you arent 100 some days
