It was a blast reconnecting with old friends and meeting new people. But @acrowandthedead.bsky.social, @tamsin.reimaginedgirl.com, and I spent the evenings getting into some very unique and memorable situations. Something about the three of us together creates a mobile Bermuda Triangle.

First, the Witches' Well. It is a small memorial fountain dedicated to those who lost their lives during the Scottish witch trials.

1. Our concept of "immigration law" in the US is barely 150 years old.
2. "Civilized society" is just white supremacist dog whistling. There are many ways to structure a society based on different cultural values and norms. But only certain ones are considered "civilized". Guess why.
