But missing obvious run of play calls (multiple holds on Navy OL, a DPI on Navy on the last drive, holding Carreon on the 2-pt play while Hawkins had the ball on the pocket) and the excessive celebration non call is a bit more egregious and leans toward the realm of “fixed.”

True. It reeks of incompetence all around. I pointed out the mechanical issues by the HLJ on the 4th down play right before the winning score for Navy. I paid attention a bit closer after that and he was doing it all the time when Navy had the ball. (1/2)

It was a hold, but holy hell these BigXII ref *NEVER* called those when we were on defense the last few years in the conference.
Case in point: Look at Nik Bonitto - he is eating in the league where they do call holds.
