Y'all. 🤣 I was straight up bamboozled by customer service. After failing to resolve the issue in-app myself, I tried the automated chat. That also failed and I was forwarded to a chat with an agent. Below is a paraphrase of the exchange. 💀
Me: Hi! I ordered a laundry rack, but received a picture frame instead. What are my options? CS: So sorry. Let me look into i it. *10 minutes of silence* CS: Would you like a refund or eplacement?
