The Scott Carol is a solid performance, maybe the best solo job. Patrick Stewart also very good, but for overall enjoyment nothing tops the 1951 Carol,
a|k|a Ebenezer starring Alastair Sim - IMO. (Special mention for the '38 Carol, esp for the 'sliding' scene; fav of the missus)
