With all the people in our country needing homes I’m wondering if communities could renovate empty shopping malls and make store spaces into living units. Infrastructure is all there and it’s going to waste.

It was a sad day when the telescope collapsed, like the end of an era.
Today I'm working on two different space-related pieces:
- A script/newsletter on the collapse of the beloved Arecibo Observatory
- A newsletter on covering space when space is inherently political, sort of a These Times thing. Not sure it'll see the light of day, but we'll see.
