Sounds scrumptious! When I made Irish brown bread ice cream (with a generous amount of Guiness in the custard), I added some homemade brown bread as it was churning and it dissolved wonderfully and added so much flavor.

Looks like we have the same machine. It's churned many a chocolate ice cream. Yesterday did brown bread ice cream!

For me, I had someone I know make it at only a fraction of what it would cost otherwise. Been sleeping in it for 5-6 years.
