A beautiful, calm Memorial day on the south end of Canandaigua Lake.

Another protest in Canandaigua, this one by the Association of Federal Government Emplyees, in support of the Canandaigua VA Hospital. The VA has outpatient care, and specializes in PTSD and substance abuse, along with a nursing home. My sign has grown a list.

A couple more of my signs today.

Mark my words: When Putin is done with Trump (and he will be), Trump will experience the Putin Goodbye. Either Trump will fall out a window, or be poisoned.

Canandaigua’s Main Street is the second widest in the US. People were on both sides of the street and in the median. Bravo for all who showed up in freezing cold wind.

Another protest in Canandaigua NY, in honor of International Women’s Day. Couldn’t capture the size of the crowd. Lots of thumbs-up, honking in support. Yes, from men, too.

Here’s me at today’s protest. I can’t do much, but I’ll do what I can.

There were a lot of people over 50 at the Canandaigua/Tenney protest. Many of them veterans of protests going back to 1970 [Vietnam, civil rights, women’s rights).

About 500 people lined the main road in Canandaigua NY at the location of our invisible Congresswoman Claudia Tenney’s local office. #NY24 A district with many farmers, veteran hospital, people on Medicaid, retirees with Social Security. Tenney is Trump’s cheerleader.

Just a smidge of the signs and people of the protest in Canandaigua NY. Claudia Tenney is the focus of the protest. About 400+ people we think.

See this battered old cookbook? It contains some of the best recipes ever, including a couple for what are now traditional dishes for our holidays.

It seems my little family/friend circle has moved into a time of keeping farm animals. (Fortunately they have actual farm property) For my eco-son, it’s sheep. For my bff (bought an 1850 farmstead), it’s goats and two ducks. Awesome. I’m learning new things!
