The strange, unexplainable urge that sometimes arises when someone says "Fuck off" to respond "Fuck on"...

Unsure if this phenomenon is confined to #writers and other #creators, or if it's more of a broader range finding those who occasionally want to flabbergast a person in a simple way. #IYKYK?

#Areyouokay or #Howareyoudoing may be the hardest questions to force oneself *not* to ask someone, when you're in no-contact with them. There's no secret cure-all when you care about a person you can't talk with. Simply #breathe in, breathe out & give yourself some grace.
