So if she loses, they say she has to forfeit everything that is potentially "ill-gotten" over the life of the loan (presumably 30 years) rather than just what she actually has gained? I mean 18K is a relatively small number anyway, but I guess 3 or 4K just seemed like small claims territory.

I guess these kind of ads must be for some other purpose (I do see the same position on Beam Tx's main recruiting site). Maybe they do get response from them, but I figured the audience of potential employees actually reading the print edition had to be pretty small.
