Shepherds gotta shepherd. It’s hard when they’re still so young. Took me a long time to develop muscle memory to handle our girl. Until I did I had to make sure not to get distracted or I would end up on my butt!

Had many a standoff on the beach with Poca. I was much more patient. She always let go before I did. I didn’t mind the fish so much as the very large, bloody sea birds. 😬
