Keep thinking about this term "pre-digested" that Kojima used to describe art that's instantly gratifying. And how it's better when people grow to love something instead.
I've gravitated, as player and designer, toward the latter, but that term "pre-digested" is new and feels very strong.

Hate to break it to everyone but a big chunk of the games industry has been experimenting with gen AI basically since it started gaining traction.
If you want to avoid games using AI in their pipelines, your best bet is indies who are transparent about their processes/ outspoken against AI.

I've been messing around with Godot after hearing about it for years. And I don't have much to say about the game engine itself (yet) but holy shit, the documentation incredible. It's not just documentation, it's also probably one of the best game dev courses I've ever seen, for free.
