Boom goes the Tarte!

After you drape the pastry over it all in the tin, you've gotta put some steam holes in it and bake the last for 20 minutes in a preheated 200 degree oven.

Turn it down to 190 for another 25 mins, let it cool for 10 and flip it out the tin into a plate.
