Mine also knows the name of every pokemon, but changes "mewtwo" to "Mewtwo." It insists that they're names, not species, and it's like... how is autocorrect smart enough to know that, but gets the capitalization wrong?

You know what gets me? When I type in words correctly and my phone changes it to something completely different. Or I have an obvious typo like "thier" and I go to correct and my phone goes "did you mean thesis?"
