Leg day is genuinely so fucked up. You could tell me that in the 1300s they would just glue a peasants hands to a barbell and make them squat until death as a form of execution and I would believe you.

Hey yall its been awhile, haven't been doing much since I stepped back.
Mostly working out and going to hella doctors appointments. My extended hiatus wasn't really planned, it just kept getting longer due to a decline in health.
