Valoren is quite lean for a Viera and short for an Elezen. When I originally imagined him, I was going to give him more muscles. But though he would work out for appearance's sake, he doesn't eat enough to maintain mass. Despite this, he does have surprisingly strong arms!

If it's taking slower than you'd expect with your PC, you should set it to use your GPU instead of CPU. Then under Render > Performance > Memory, set the tile size to the size of your output image. However, I would recommend capping at 4k unless you have 32GB of RAM or more.
