In 50 years, when Palestine is rebuilt as a resort for wealthy tourists, young historians will pat themselves on the back for being allowed to post an emotionally moving land acknowledgement placard somewhere where the Gaza strip once existed. It will probably have a beautiful seascape backdrop.

On this day in particular I would like to express my sincere condolences to the families of everyone in Gaza who've been massacred by bombs and bullets every single day for the last two years with the facilitation of the US government and cheered on by wealthy Republican pundits.
