Exactly. An then you are a manager and your people aren’t listening to you, Your boss is asking you what are you doing wrong or if there are ways you can improve. Thats where I step aside and tell them “why don’t you show me a better way” and let them see first hand what the real problem is.

Yeah thats one reason I stepped down from my supervisor position amongst other things.

I understand what you mean. When I went to the north side my family and I camped out at one of the small camping areas. I remember how dark the sky was in the small clearing my dad and I found and the brilliance of the stars that you just don’t see in the city.

You probably went to the north side then as the south side is more for the tourists.
