If you’re ever at the Asian grocery and you see these chip, buy them! Char-grilled pork belly. It has all the flavors. Even the actual hint of char.

Woah! Jess made me dinner for lunch since I’m working tonight and she’s off, so we won’t be eating together. Hanger steak, chimichurri, potatoes and onions, and oyster mushrooms. Good lord that was good!

Recipe test! We took that brisket and did the obvious thing by making tacos. Toasted corn tortillas, guacamole, smoked brisket, slaw, onions, cilantro, a splash of vinegar hot sauce, roasted garlic. This was a favorite among tasters.

Since my life is dope and I do dope shit, and my friends do the same, I got two packs of the unreleased new recipe brisket for Buc-ees. That’s right! I got this amazing meat special delivery in Massachusetts before y’all in the South can even try to taste it. Once I thaw this, it’s on!!!
