agree, the whole thing would be nightmarish to keep clean, though perhaps demented cleaning is one of the things that keeps that woman from taking an axe to her relatives..

I have had this 'dream' too (while waking) - more or less similar, allowing for group and solo workshop spaces for artists/writers & space for visitors and animals. Didn't Richard Curtis buy a place he called 'the office' to rent to screenwriters? Or was that a dream I had?

My great wish is that after the war, Russia's vaunted Tchaikovsky Competition continues to be boycotted so long as Putin remains in power, and instead a new one is celebrated on the site of the composer's home in Ukraine that was destroyed.

I would happily have such a thing; even better, seen in Pennsylvania, a built-in beautiful wooden cabinet with masses of fittings to measure and sift and roll out, from a 'Victorian' wooden house with old Amish quilts everywhere. Loved it.
