'sup folks. Sorry for falling off the face of the planet for the past month. I have no excuses. It's nothing but blue shooty robots on the brain while I'm dealing with life. Life is pain, I'm also too busy learning about the wacky suffering robots lore. I can't stop thinking or doodling them.
This is the user's take on the train hitting a school bus meme. The school bus represents the user's original plans to draw his previous main interests. The train that rams it aside represents the Mega Man series becoming the user's new obsession. It's pretty severe.

I updated the design for Kaodha and got a new version! There's also the gacha game guys but who cares about them.

The writing is off to an absolutely horrible start.

Story doesn't even work properly. dialogue choices from waaaaaaay ahead already pop up even though the conversation wasn't there. Upon clicking it, you end up skipping a lot of forgettable dialogue. Maybe nothing of value was lost.

I saw Aedelgard and fell in love with her design immediately. She's so perfect. Then I saw her Traveler story and that really cemented her as my favorite character in the game. Here's my artwork of her for Project Path Action!

Some stuff from the past few months, all dedicated to this Siren.

It's not easy but I'm having a lot of fun! This dude's been on the brain a lot. More info in alt text.
A few sketches of the user's original character of a ficticious race called Siren, resembling a Portuguese Man O' War. It was already decided at conception that this character required the following traits: A fish closely associated with the Portuguese Man O' War, jellyfish-like aesthetics, a priest-like character, Siren markings resembling jellyfish stings, wields a ficticious weapon called a floatcaster. A collection of sketches of the unnamed Siren character. Trying out color schemes and figuring out more aesthetics, including drawing studies of the siphonophore in question, one without reference, the other with reference. A collection of sketches of the unnamed Siren character. By this point I decided to ditch the bishop hat-like headgear since it was too annoying to draw. However, the head ended up looking too empty and I wanted to push the jellyfish image more. Some exploratory sketches of him with various headwear as well as clarification on the silhouette I was aiming for, refocusing on the fish that he is meant to be inspired by. Some sketches done traditionally, all featuring the same character. Finally reached some design consistency, but minor design changes still occur to boost coherency. Namely, added more hair braids and gradients.

For my birthday yesterday, I drew a... thing. Usually my bad handwriting makes me reluctant to post these, but y'all can have this one. Alt text has descriptions.
