The creator explains there is a translation error. ‘Coconut milk’ should be translated as 椰浆 (yējiāng), rather than 椰奶 (yēnǎi), because this is the coconut water found in the coconut shell. The 奶 (nǎi) part usually means milk, such as 牛奶 (niúnǎi) meaning cows milk or 豆奶 (dòunǎi) meaning soy milk.

With the pausing of the Small Press Network earlier this year, many saw it as a death knell for Australian small press. But with a new board, SPN looks set to again champion small press in 2025.
