Pretty sure this place wasn't here the last time I visited Utrecht. A big selection of their own beers. I'll always go for the NEIPA's first. #bskybeer

A great brewery taproom in Utrecht, De Kromme Haring (the curvy herring?!) #bskybeer

Can heartily recommend Papi's Comfort Kitchen for brunch. Breakfast burrito is very good.

Some brunch, some museums, then beers. Been a few years since I visited Utrecht last.

It's not often that Tennent's launch a new product, so looking forward to trying this.
Normal Tennent's Lager is made with German hops (Hercules, I believe), but no info on the hops for this Bavarian version.
At 4.7% ABV it's a wee bit stronger.

The best thing about that game was the cover of the programme.

The Short Mile in Aberdeen sat between these stones, which while looking like milestones are city boundary markers.

New book! A novel about a film about a performance of Klaus Kinski's somewhat controversial one man show about Jesus Christ.

That's 5000 unique beers. In 4971 days (since I started Untappd) 🍻

Don't really drink in BrewDog since they closed Gallowgate, but free Collabfest pint is free Collabfest pint 🍻

Arashi Ga Oka is Japanese for Wuthering Heights. The previous signpost here had the name in Japanese characters, but with weathering they quickly become difficult to read.

In the pub that Branwell (least famous of the Brontë siblings) drank. Died an alcoholic at 31 yo 😢

How do you customise that with the bears/strawberries (or other stuff)? I've just got the bog standard 'green flag - want to go', 'gold star - visited' and 'red heart - favourite' for my pubs on Google Maps.

Very impressed with the Salt Beer Factory set up.

Saltaire. What an amazing place. Glad I made the slight detour today. Salt Mills is a fantastic arts/food/shopping space. Great pubs too.

Far too busy at Whitlock's/Turk's Head so come off the beaten track a bit to The Grove.

When I used to come down to Leeds in the late 80's/early 90's for bands it would generally be a case of arriving, getting pissed up as cheaply as possible, go to the gig and hopefully find somewhere to crash afterwards. Bit old for that nowadays.
