A new trial we’re funding uses an innovative ‘pill-on-a-thread’ test to screen people with heartburn for Barrett’s oesophagus, a condition that can lead to oesophageal cancer – and it's easier and cheaper than endoscopies. Read more: cruk.ink/best4
