i wonder if it's the limitation of having to look up references for the characters with fanart and constantly check back and forth if you did their hair or outfit correctly. different type of freedom when you get to draw whatever and not be restricted by the pre-existing design!

waaah tysm. i didn't call out of work cus i didn't want to make my team work extra... my manager is chill but it's definitely the HR & upper management boomers being unreasonable... just don't want to lose my yearly bonus over not being in office for 1 day 😔 wish the world was kinder to everyone
