According to current law in NY, MD, KS, OH, MS, etc. (and according to FBI and in many other countries), the acts that a NY court found Trump liable for amount to rape. Unfortunately, that rape happened years ago when NY law defined 'rape' more narrowly than today so he wasn't found liable for rape.
