There are tons of more options. Option 4: withholding votes until party leadership realizes they can't win without you, caves: AKA conditional voting. Option 5: refuse to participate in either party 's disgusting behavior. You aren't entitled to a vote. Fun fact: Candidates need to EARN votes.
