I'm pressing the 'print' button on the cards next Wednesday! Please let me know before then how many you would like, so that you're sure to get them. I'll be shipping them early November, to reach you in time to mail them out before Xmas. Mugs and pins might get shipped before then.

The world may be going on fire, but on the other hand, I found a baby photo of The Cat Who Must Not Be Named.

This has been bothering me all day.
The Terra Nova isn't famous for being Scott's shipwreck.
It's famous for being Scott's ship. It was sunk deliberately after being holed by ice, 31 years after he died, on the other side of the planet.

I think this may be about the busiest drawing I have ever attempted to draw.

On the plus side, I found Deb's necklace.

It's the 112th anniversary of Scott & Co reaching the Pole, which means it's also the anniversary of non-smoker, anxiety self-medicator Wilson putting funny cigarettes in the hoosh. (N.B. the line should be "desperate struggle to reach the ship" before she left for the year, edit 1913)

Google's algorithm is getting scary good. I asked to see a sea ice shear crack and it gave me a photo of the very crack I was looking for, which may have been taken on the very day for which I was looking it up. Plus three other unpublished Griff stereographs! Thank you, Nat'l Library of Australia.
