She tries desperately to win people over but, at the same time, scolds anyone who goes out of their way to be considerate of her. Which is rough when, beneath her cheery facade, she is constantly overworking herself, missing meals and skipping sleep.

Despite her accolades, she’s uncomfortable being seen as an authority figure, and despite being human, she speaks of them in othering terms similar to Sebek. She takes things too literally, especially rules, and anticipates dire punishments for breaking them.

It’s unclear what kind of faces she makes when she is alone and unclear what exactly she’s thinking underneath her performance but one thing is clear: she is hiding something.

Worry is skillfully duplicitous. She is bright and cheery in group settings but, when alone with someone, she mirrors their personality, adapting whatever traits, mannerisms, and turns of phrase will make them trust her the most.

At the end of each chapter, she is there to help clean up the aftermath but, the more she learns about the strange circumstances surrounding Yuu and Grim’s appearance, the more they learn about her dubious past.

She exists awkwardly between humans and fae and is neither a staff member nor a student, so it only makes sense she fits right in at Ramshackle Dorm.

Her presence on campus is scarce for most but she occasionally subs in for the other professors or aids in demonstrations. Despite appearing to be human, she grew up in Briar Valley and, as such, is woefully unaccustomed to human culture.
