It greatly bothers me how some people refuse to ship flutter purely because she's mute and/or disabled. They classify her as apart of the animal toons like pebble and coal and its just weird because if she could speak they wouldn't do that. Proof? Flyte. People don't dehumanize flyte like they do with flutter because he can speak. Flutter CAN consent, she's smart, can make decisions and has her own thoughts and emotions (eg; Gigi wring for her in her diary. Why would she have a diary if she wasn't sentient?). She just can't speak for whatever reason. I get not shipping her if you just personally dislike her or don't see any compatible toons for her, but it just seems ableist and kinda rubs me the wrong way. Rant over let the bug and papercat kiss
