1) mentally deficient

True, if we are not going to do nothing but complain instead of recommend solutions to citizens issues & debate those solutions, then we are just hot air doing no one any good..

If you don't like the way our justice system works (slowly, inefficiently or some other issue) you have two recourses - get enough folks behind what you think the solution should be to fix it & protest until they change it or pick another country as any other way is illegal.

maybe but same two answers (justice system to decide, not us & spin anyone's emotions up & sometimes they lose control).

One wouldn't think so but 2 things come to mind:
1) we know what often happens when our emotions take control of our common sense.
2) that's for the justice system to decide not the court of public opinion.

Yes, law enforcement can use Gestapo tactics, thank Democrats for passing those laws, last administration, now they can come into your home before the search warrant arrives (they voted to give DHS the CIA's ability to go after foreign non-citizens in domestic spaces (it's called FISA).
