On this day 10 years ago, Itoi gave fans a surprise announcement during the Nintendo World Championship 2015. The Phil Sandhop localization of MOTHER, now renamed officially as EarthBound Beginnings, was releasing on that same day. Happy anniversary to EarthBound Beginnings!
