In case anyone doesn't know this, I've been posting #ZS4PM on @bsky.app & Twitter: it stands for Zarah Sultana for Prime Minister. In the UK socialists used to tweet #JC4PM, but I don't think he'd like to be the left's Prime Ministerial candidate in 5 years. @zarahsultana.bsky.social, I hope, will.

Obviously I'll keep debating with those who publicly oppose the birth of a new left party, preferring instead 'independents' representing us, those who've shown no willingness to allow every other socialist in the constituency to democratically select the candidate. I have to since Jeremy wants this

I have liked Jeremy Corbyn since I first became aware of him, back in the early 1980s. After quitting as an MP to 'spend more time with his politics', Tony Benn said Jeremy was his favorite MP. He was mine from the same point. He still is, but now he's equal first with Zarah Sultana. #ZS4PM

So I wanna be in the same party as Jeremy Corbyn and Zarah Sultana? Is that it? Just us three members? Obviously not. All TUSC members should join as should all TransformPolitics members. All those associated with Peace & Justice, Collective. All 200,000 Corbyn supporters who've resigned from Labour

I wanna be a member of a party with Jeremy Corbyn as a member; Zarah Sultana too. She'll be expelled by Keir Starmer soon. The only reason he's not done this yet is both of them know that will damage him and increase her already stratospheric popularity. Zarah should, imho, be our party's leader.

If an ever-expanding network of workers governments is essential for a socialist world, how do we get those? Obviously, we start where we are. Socialists stand in elections. Do we care if we lose deposits, or win by elections, become the largest party in parliament, form a majority government? Yes!

So, you are an idiot. Congratulations. #StarmerOut

I block Tories. #StarmerOut

#Hashtags are the way for @bsky.app socialists to make our mark. With or without us, those to Nigel Farage, Donald Trump and Elon Musk's left will relocate here. The msm will make this is the new Twitter. By the time that happens, let's make sure we've already become big players here. #UniteTheLeft

Your strategy of calling on socialists to split our vote between the Greens, Lib Dems, SNP, every independent on the ballot paper, TUSC, TransformPolitics etc, etc, etc, limited Keir Starmer's majority to 165, with the rest all basically supportive of capitalist exploitation. Poor strategy, imho.

Keir Starmer represents a massive threat to democracy. My guess is you don't agree. #StarmerOut

I agree with part of what you say but disagree with other parts. I don't underestimate independents. Jeremy Corbyn is absent from the airwaves because his % vote is about 0.00000001% of the UK electorate; may have got the maths a bit wrong. He posed no alternative govt, had no PM candidate. #ZS4PM

Keir Starmer relied on the msm and capitalists with deep pockets who knew the Tories were a busted flush and felt able to trust Starmer to give them what they wanted; even those parasites have turned against him. In spades. Leftists who saw no alternative can't believe how bad Labour is. He's toast.

While it doesn't look like there could be a general election until Keir Starmer's 158 majority in the PLP expect them to be reelected, shit happens. I predict the PLP will succeed in doing to Starmer what they failed, twice, to do to Jeremy Corbyn: dump him long before they need to go to the polls..

Am I really being followed on @bsky.app by the real Martin Lewis? If I had to put money on it, I'd bet against. But I'll #FollowBack. Just in case. @martinlewismse.bsky.social

Nigel Farage is back on @bsky.app. He's got a whole follower. Not so popular populism.

I have another @bluesky account. That one doesn't focus exclusively on politics. Politics is just one of my interests. I may not be great at multitasking but I do try. What can I say about my politics? The term Corbynista is considered problematic by some. But it captures much about my politics.
